About CFR
CFR LLC founder Cary Faas is a third generation racer. He grew up on racetracks around the country and started winning at motocross by age 9. At 16, he was racing speedway motorcycles on the 
So Cal circuit. By the late eighties, he started looking for a competitive edge and took what he learned as a rider to gain that edge through customization. Since he couldn’t find the components he wanted on the market, he began designing and building his own. He formed Cary Faas Racing in 1988 and continued to race. Word soon got around and led to consumer demand for CFR components as well as companies seeking help to build, design, and manufacture private label. The components CFR designs and manufactures today are the direct result of years of competition.
